Today’s new class…
on topics that have infuriated and frustrated me,
leaving me not knowing what to do.
Governments, Agri-Business and supermarkets…the chase for profits and $$…
The combination of it all,
had me clenching my fists in class, holding my tongue
and wanting to vandalize a local supermarket.
Sigh. Vandalism is not something I’ve ever done, or ever will do.
Grateful today for
the individuals putting the information out there – in documentaries and books,
the steps we have taken in our food at home,
and for the hope that many more will make the changes needed for their own wellness and health.
Information leads to knowledge…and there is power in knowledge to change things.
