This morning parking at the market I am the middle person in a chain of “paying the paid parking ticket forward”. The momentary interactions, smiles amongst strangers and observers…So grateful.
Today marks one week of stage 1 diet.
My mate has been heroic through all the changes.
So grateful to receive emails in the day with a photo of his snack and lunch.
Grateful today for gratitude.
Yesterday’s graduation day inspired today’s micronutrients, all day. My mate makes a delicious green smoothie for breakfast, raw muesli + homemade almond milk as a late morning snack, a shared lunch of lentil soup and a green salad as a main. And then dinner – curried lentils, wild / brown…
Making Chicken Broth from Alice Waters’, The Art of Simple Food soothes my soul. Raining all day today…An early morning start at the farmers’ market,a chicken broth afternoon, and dinner with pals – great scrabble game, food and sharing. Grateful today forthe farmers’ market, chicken broth, and friends to share it with.
