Cooking Day!

saBEE, 18 Jul ’136 May ’26

The morning starts with cooking the soaked garbanzos, and a big cleaning out of the kitchen drawers in preparation for today’s cooking.

Cold K-noodles with Bliss’n for lunch in Kensington before picking up all the remaining items.
Back at Wellington, we are all prepped for a full afternoon of cooking.

Delighted by a spontaneous exuberant visit – it is a lively kitchen.

By 7pm, 11 of 12 recipes have been made. Curried Garbanzo filling, Curried red lentils, Veggie burgers, Tangled Thai Salad, a very serious hot sauce, mushroom gravy, peanut lime dressing, marinated tofu cubes, salad topper, and a tahini sauce…Whew!

Grateful today for
a great cooking experience with Bliss’n – from plan to execution,
the exuberant drop in – so glad you popped in,
and for all the incredible healthful food that was made today.
