Yesterday’s graduation day inspired today’s micronutrients, all day.
My mate makes a delicious green smoothie for breakfast,
raw muesli + homemade almond milk as a late morning snack,
a shared lunch of lentil soup and a green salad as a main.
And then dinner – curried lentils, wild / brown rice mix and more greens…
Glad that we picked up veggies and fruit on the weekend!

and for the entertainment that Toronto is getting these days with our Mayor Rob Ford…could micronutrients be helpful for him?
