and for experiencing how the seniors take care of one another – what a community.
A great day of exercise and raw food. Lunch with my mate is a big green salad with alfalfa sprouts, and sunflower seeds with a lemon, olive oil dressing. Dinner is raw ‘bulgogi’ wraps – with shitaki mushrooms as the ‘meat’. Grateful today for Ani Phyo and her raw food…
Off to the market early. Breakfast first – as always taken care of by Isabella – and then the market. On the way to getting apples, these mushrooms called out to me… Beautiful things, amazingly nutritious. Had to take a photograph. Grateful today for learning to cook and enjoy mushrooms…
The morning starts with cooking the soaked garbanzos, and a big cleaning out of the kitchen drawers in preparation for today’s cooking. Cold K-noodles with Bliss’n for lunch in Kensington before picking up all the remaining items. Back at Wellington, we are all prepped for a full afternoon of cooking….
