Morning visit to 2 farmers markets – first stop the brickworks, second stop at the St Lawrence market. Loaded up on fresh produce – kale, chard, onions, strawberries, peaches and sugar pears…Yum, yum!
Inspired to cook by all the great ingredients – pork chops with peach salsa + gremolata, corn and a kale salad.

This morning I went to load my photos from last night onto my computer… and got a ‘No entry’ sign in place of the usual apple. Uh, oh… A quick google indicates that my drive is failing… Thankfully, I have a day with the country mice ahead and leave thoughts…
A lovely weekend, and more signs of spring are refreshing and uplifting. A bunch of tasks done while while making Yook Gae Jang in the afternoon, the sunshine is so welcome and delightful. Grateful today for lifted winter blahs, renewed energy and a productive day.
