A spontaneous Friday afternoon hangout with the exuberant one – always a treat to share time together.
The evening is spent at the Harbourfront Centre – skating by the lake and under the CN tower. Wonderful to get on skates after a few decades, and especially precious to skate with the young Michael and share in his excitement.
Grateful today for
crisp winter air – perfect for skating,
the delight and enthusiasm that Michael shared with us,
and my first hot chocolate this winter – Yum!
