Back at the gym this morning – Yes! 30 minutes again…feeling good. The day is filled with online activity – google analytics, and hulu. Watching episodes of MasterChef Junior – amazing what these 8-14 years olds can cook. Dinner tonight is a treat at the cosmics. So nice to visit…
Pressure on today… Engage is presenting to Envision – a tough, experienced and discerning audience. Pressure is felt through the slightest of difference in opinion… Throughout the day, worked on the presentation and refined it… Prepared handout materials, and then it was time. Felt strong and confident during my presentation……
An appointment in Kensington Market today. Always love the walk there and back. In the evening, I am at a practicum on Managing Stress. Grateful today for my Kensington appointments – with each one there is new understanding and awareness.
