Bike ride this morning, followed by muesli and almond milk for breakfast.
A great start to the day! And just missed getting rained on.
Thinking about smiles and frowns today.
My brother used to say, “turn that frown, upside down”. Cute.
I never really noticed how much of a frown I can have.
Not a frown of disapproval or other negative feeling – seems to be the natural mouth position?
It seems to be most severe when I am focused on something – cooking, reading etc…
Grateful today for
an active and healthy start to the day,
smiles and frowns – easily becoming one another,
and for noticing my ‘natural’ frown – wondering if awareness of it will make it a natural smile?
