Today’s weather feels so good to me.
The coolness of air with sunshine heat.
Garden continues to amaze me – little cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes growing.
Continually harvesting salad greens is such a joy.
Meals made last week are brought out for dinner.
It’s been a great weekend of homemade healthful dinners.
Grateful today for

A morning with G+B – easy and relaxed… Made food for the freezer – lentil soup and curried red lentils. Sat in the window in the sun and felt very very sleepy… All arrive home and we go out to uncle Stu’s to watch the Leafs… Sleepiness sets in… Grateful…
After breakfast, my mate and I left to pick up our turkey and other items for tonight’s dinner. Picked up the cosmic one on the way back. A day of cooking together! It is a perfect day for cooking – rainy and gray outdoors, light and warm indoors. A lovely…
My current course, Preventive Nutrition ends today. Our final test and last session on arthritis. Grateful today for all that was learned in this course, for the refreshers of anatomy, and for the great texts with a natural healing approach on atherosclerosis, diabetes and hypoglycemia.
