My mate leaves this afternoon on a giant BC fishing adventure.
A clean house fully stocked, with no mate.

Looking out at the bench outside the window,
it makes me smile to see it in use…
and draws my camera out.
Grateful today for
my mate’s safe arrival in Vancouver,
everything I need – steps away,
and for looking out the window.
Loving having the cosmics back in town. Conversations with the cosmic one are truly the best. The conversations always feel balanced, honest and I always leave feeling heard. So good to start the day with a cosmic conversation. An evening date with my goat herding friend further brightens the day….
Drove more today than I have in the last few months… Up to Shouldice Hospital in Thornhill to drop off G, then across the 407 to Cambridge to visit with a friend. Away from the city, it is good to de-charge in order to recharge… Slowing down is good. Grateful…
Working away on my case study for the oral exam tomorrow. Getting all the copies finalized and ready, and making the notes I will speak from. Condo Committee meeting tonight. Good meeting and dinner waiting at home when I return. Grateful today for a productive day.
