Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. – Melody Beattie
We left a Hayes family Fathers’ Day celebration in Aurora, Ontario and drove to Detroit. One night at the Westin airport hotel – which took three attempts to locate parking for! Then a short flight to RSW and a taxi ride got us back to Camelot rather efficiently. I do love the ability to go through TSA security from the hotel (carry-on only).
Here for three full days of medical activity. Each day brings a scan, a test, or a procedure. And we renewed our drivers’ licenses.
It’s not really enough time to buy groceries and set up the kitchen, though we picked up a few essentials. Thankful for the frozen kimchi jjigae – a readily available, made-from-scratch Korean meal, exactly when I needed one.
The plants have done beautifully in our absence, thanks to the water care of our home watch professional. It’s always nice to be at Camelot.
Our last night was dinner at NatNat – and what a delight that is! It always feels like seeing family when we’re at NatNat, and the food is truly delicious.
Grateful to have gotten everything completed, for the joy I feel in our bright, sunny condo, and for the community we have in Naples.
