An entire day can pass without hearing my voice – with the exception of a few calls from my mate.
In the quiet, life continues…
the sunflower sprouts continue to grow,
and each silent moment brings about reflection.
Grateful today for
a reminder from the sprouts about continual growth,

After a morning @Wellington, preparing for 5 days away… A cycle ride to envision for lunch with BlueJean. Wonderful catch up, with laughter and sharing of stories. Remembering that we shared my first downtown experiences together… Weekly subway ride to the RCM for piano lessons, followed by a burger and…
Our Saturdays together are special days. Starting with the farmer’s market and breakfast – then back home to put all the produce away… Today was a relaxed and loungy day with my mate…including an afternoon massage. Grateful today for a saturday of relaxation and hanging out with my mate.
A morning with G+B – easy and relaxed… Made food for the freezer – lentil soup and curried red lentils. Sat in the window in the sun and felt very very sleepy… All arrive home and we go out to uncle Stu’s to watch the Leafs… Sleepiness sets in… Grateful…
