Started the day with a good workout. Felt great to be back in the gym.
On our way out of the gym, we happened on a yoga class that was just about to start.

With much food left over from the previous weeks’ cooking,
It was a great weekend for leftovers. and a nice little break from cooking.
A relaxed day watching the weather shift from rainy storms to sunny breaks.
Puttering about the house, a scrabble game, and watching shows together,
it is a lovely Saturday.

all the food prep and storage tips I’ve come across – makes it easier to cook,
