Book club meetings never tasted so good…

saBEE, 8 Dec ’139 Jan ’26

Today’s book club meeting is on Diet for a New America,
a delicious non-inflammatory apple crisp, awesome cookies, and cabbage-apple-raisin salad from C-Dupe’s recipe…
The conversation, questioning and sharing is soul nurturing and inspiring.

My mate picks me up for dinner with Ma+Pa Hayes.
A lovely visit as always.
At the end of dinner, Pa Hayes and I have perhaps our most charged discussion…tried to contain the tiger…sigh.
Comparing the Dairy and meat associations to the Nazi party…may need to work on that one.

Grateful today for
an afternoon with 3 beautiful, bright and talented ladies – so honest and open in sharing,
the challenging conversation with Pa Hayes – so important to hear the perspectives of others,
and for a super tasty book club meeting!

Grateful today for Bliss’n and Exuberance…

Long Weekend Friday

31 Aug ’129 Jan ’26

Thrilled again today when my mate returns home early. A great kick off to a long weekend. Timing works out perfectly to meet Uncle Stu for an afternoon sail. The winds are beautifully cooling – heat from the land visibly rolls onto the water… After a lovely sail, we walk…
