A lovely afternoon making humus, curried lentils and vegetable soup…yum!
All done in time for me to spend a few hours studying and to make it to a condo board meeting.
Whew!
Grateful today for
a day of cooking,
the life energy of vegetables,
and for a slowly but surely growing understanding of condo boards.
Left the East coast mountains today for JeonJu. Along the way, we stopped for lunch in a town specializing in Silken Tofu stew. Outside the restaurant is where they make the silken tofu – so great to watch the process… And WHAT a meal we had! Then to the ocean…
