A weekend morning on a weekday with my mate!
Breakfast at St Lawrence market and stocking up on produce.
A lovely afternoon making humus, curried lentils and vegetable soup…yum!
All done in time for me to spend a few hours studying and to make it to a condo board meeting.
Whew!
Grateful today for
a day of cooking,
the life energy of vegetables,
and for a slowly but surely growing understanding of condo boards.
An early visit to my favorite farmers… Breakfast is frittatas, sausage + grapefruit…. Where are my pals? Adjusting from vacation… rudely harsh… One must carry on… Grateful today fo’ my mate, the introduction to the blues, especially live…. and ElectroFi… Andrew, keep on rockin’ it!
