The weather today can’t seem to decide what it’s going to be…
Sunshine to gray skies and torrential downpours…and then sunshine again.
The morning is relaxed – coffee and croissants at Waga as we read sections of Saturday’s paper.
Made a black bean salad for my first book club meeting today and then it was time to go.
So good to see my beautiful nutritionist friends – a lovely catch up and chat about our book, Drop Dead Healthy (great book for anyone to read).
Wonderful to have a newborn beauty there too!
Returning home, my mate and I go out to share a 98th birthday celebration. Wow.
Grateful today for
friends of all ages – so much to be shared and learned from others’ experiences and perspectives,
for my book club nutritionist friends – love that we can talk about so many things and share all of our experiences together. xxoo Thank you HD for making it happen!
