Our first visitors are Ros & Brad – and we have a proper Stratford weekend planned.
Day one: a walk through the Shakespeare Gardens, cocktails at The Relic Lobby Bar, a stroll to dinner at Mercer Kitchen and an evening show. A perfect day to be out and about together in our new town.
During their visit, both the bed and den furniture arrive. What a bonus! Had the cabinet bed shown up too, it would have been perfection. Ros & Brad were gracious about the air mattress for two nights. Troopers.
Saturday we take a drive out to Grand Bend for a walk and lunch overlooking Lake Huron. A stop at the Organic Oasis for groceries, then back home to make dinner together. Ros’ giant zucchini from her garden becomes the centerpiece. Everyone pitches in on the stuffed zucchini and it’s a great kitchen inaugural.
Grateful for a fun visit with Ros & Brad, for all the great places and moments we shared, and for officially breaking in the house.
