Dinner on my own – had to make some…not much to add other than the cucumbers…still, completely satisfying and tasty.

a restful day and evening,

A busy day with a business meeting at Huron this morning. Started out with my fresh kale, and apple smoothie – not so smooth really, more chewy – quite energizing and surprising tasty. No coffee – sipped on green tea during the meeting. Last night I watched Food Matters again…
