Today’s new class… on topics that have infuriated and frustrated me, leaving me not knowing what to do. Governments, Agri-Business and supermarkets…the chase for profits and $$… The combination of it all, had me clenching my fists in class, holding my tongue and wanting to vandalize a local supermarket. Enlightened Eating
From 10 this morning until 7 tonight… The beans that were soaking overnight are ready to cook. A full day of garbanzo, lima and kidney delights. At 7 I am done. Fridge and freezer are stocked… with hummus, mediterranean chickpea stew, maple baked beans and a zesty bean chilli… Whew!…
