Enlightened Eating

From 10 this morning until 7 tonight…
The beans that were soaking overnight are ready to cook.
A full day of garbanzo, lima and kidney delights.

At 7 I am done.
Fridge and freezer are stocked…
with hummus, mediterranean chickpea stew,
maple baked beans and a zesty bean chilli…
Whew!

Time for dinner,
oddly, I am thinking of ordering in.
Decided to make a salad to have with some tuna.
Glad I chose to eat from the fridge.

Grateful today for
Enlightened Eating – every recipe has been delicious and nutritious,
alive, organic, natural good quality whole foods,
and for a clean kitchen – now I can watch my k-drama guilt free!
