Hard to believe that it has been 4 months since our last Maylee workout.
Back at it today – in a new space with equipment and mirrors.
A productive afternoon sorting out the office and a lovely evening walk with my mate.
Grateful today for
a good workout,
and a new neighbourhood to explore.
