A very busy working day…
Very conscious today of the foods we are eating for energy.
Healthy breakfast and lunch – saved half the lunch for a late afternoon snack.
The late afternoon snack threw us off the usual schedule.
By the time we got home and settled in, we weren’t hungry at the usual dinner time.
Dinner is a repeat of breakfast – perfect!
Grateful today for
good energy throughout the day,
a day of productive work,
and for the fresh fruits and greens for our meals.
This Stu’sDay started at Starbucks, cramming / prepping for my presentation… Thinking that my presentation on the genotype diet went well… uncertain as to how it was really received. After school, I steal my mate away from the office. A quick cleanup of the kitchen and then to the gym……
Saw today in the news that Angry Birds raised $42M. Played the game today…cute sounds, funny little pigs with helmets, highly engaging in a time vampirish sort of way… not sure why the birds are angry…. okay, so the pigs stole their eggs… could it also be they want spring…
Lunch in the afternoon with the nephews – so great to see them, The evening is with ladies of Envision – starting with a personal care product party, and then to an impromptu party at Wellington, where the boys join us. Grateful today for the great ladies – thank you…
