After a morning trip to the market,
soup bones simmer away into broth in the afternoon,
The day is quietly busy.
Openness and sharing in conversation with my mate,
brings clarity, smiles, laughter and joy.
Wandering into the evening,
a great spirit of fun guides the night.
Grateful today for
Parsley – I would never guessed how much I love it today,
clarity from the meaningful sharing,
and heated outdoor pools in winter.
A morning with G+B – easy and relaxed… Made food for the freezer – lentil soup and curried red lentils. Sat in the window in the sun and felt very very sleepy… All arrive home and we go out to uncle Stu’s to watch the Leafs… Sleepiness sets in… Grateful…

Morning walk down to the Sulphur Springs – a beautiful walk in the hills and great exercise. After our walk, a trip into town for some supplies and off to Sugar Beach after lunch. Lovely to see our fish friends again and to watch the wedding happening on the beach….
