Returned to hot yoga this morning – so, so good!
Then an online meeting / conference call.
Once the meeting is done, I head over to get as much time in with the cosmics before they leave on Thursday…
A delightful lunch turns into a very fun visit – as it always is with the cosmic one!
Attitude fully adjusted, I return home to make dinner for my mate and I.
When my mate arrives, the bolo sauce is simmering away and a salad with a no-oil dressing is ready.
Dinner is wonderfully comforting…
At the end of the evening, we find ourselves in the emergency department of St Mike’s.
A friend had a fall while skating…Hoping all will be okay…
Grateful today for
