I open my eyes to an incredible sunrise and then go back to sleep – not for long – not in time to capture…
As the sun continues to rise, I walk about in the magical frosty air with my camera.
Morning lounging with coffee and a delicious breakfast and a leisurely walk around Idlewild with the goats – a delightful day.
Grateful today for
early morning sunlight,
the beauty of Idlewild,
and for J+S.
Spent the day sorting, folding and packing things up. Tons to be dropped off at Value Village, recycled and thrown away. Watching episodes of Desperate Housewives as I sort, fold and pack… Ended the day with a good food day, a clean, uncluttered kitchen…and lunch for tomorrow in the fridge….
A late night out with friends, an early breakfast together followed by a lazy day napping and reading The Social Animal: The Hidden Sources of Love, Character and Achievement by David Brooks. Grateful today for a restful Sunday, a lovely dinner at Clareville and fascinating thoughts from David Brooks.
