Last night in Havana.
My bag is lighter,
notebooks, pens, crayons, rubber gloves, bandaids and toiletries all given away.
My heart is full of love.
I am grateful today for the friends I travelled with,
for the invaluable learning from Juris
and for Havana.
After 2 days of alternating rain and sunshine, today there is a bright blue sky and hot sunshine. Perfect day for a visit with the fish, rum drinks and lunch at the Chastenet beach bar. Even under the shade of palm trees, it is not long before I am sweating….
