Our usual morning routine
– grapefruit, coffee, quiet reading as people awake
– walk down Sulphur road and back up
– breakfast made, eaten and cleaned up
– more relaxing
In the afternoon, we go for a nature trail walk at Tet Paul. An informative and fun walk with our floppy, adorable guide Rashida. The end of the walk brings you to a spot between the 2 pitons.
Back to the Villa to get dressed for our NYE dinner out at Jardin de Cacao, a nearby farm to table restaurant in our ‘neighbourhood’. Arriving back at the villa, we are treated to 2 sets of fireworks!
Grateful today for
the friends I am sharing this New Year with,
and the past year – and all that it was.
