Started the day with 3 things we wanted to do…
See the dressed up girls in Harajuku, get to the Jazz Fest and get our JR rail pass exchanged.
What a wild and wacky place Harajuku is! Absolutely loved all the adorable girls.
Jazz Fest is held in a convention hall – partly outdoors, an indoor stage and in a night club.
Then the most challenging task – finding where to get our JR rail pass exchanged.
On our way to Tokyo station, we came upon this sight – a GO tournament!
Wow! Will definitely be looking into playing this – K-style = Baduk…
Navigating our way to the JR rail exchange office was quite challenging…
Once done, we found our way by subway back to the hotel. Whew!
Grateful today for
the many sights seen – interesting fashion and diverse people,
teamwork with my mate to find our way back to the hotel,
and for a relaxed evening in the hotel…so glad there is a jazz bar here!
