Walk with Exuberance

saBEE, 25 Feb ’1326 Feb ’13

2013-02-25

Assignment completed in the morning for Perspectives on Aging,
then to Dark Horse to meet up with the exuberant one.

Walking to have lunch – hearing about her recent travels and catching up.
After lunch, we continue our walking, talking and getting various tasks done.

When I get home and map out our walk, it was 10K.
Wow. Easily done, with the exception of wearing the wrong shoes…

At home, new sprouts for the biosnacky and tending to the sprouts from the avocado pit, onion ends and lemon seeds. All done in time for my mate’s return home.

Grateful today for
a great day to walk in the city,
for the safe return from travels of exuberance and my mate,
and for our sprouts – such a marvel to watch grow and so delicious!

Our walk today…
