An odd feeling cycling to the UofT campus today. The street is bustling with students as I head into a class on Naturopathic Medicines. Can’t quite believe that it has been a few decades since I was last actively here… A workout after class and then off to meet friends…

Had breakfast at Paddington’s this morning – our usual market morning. Great to see Isabella back after her surgery – amazing how much energy she brings to the place. After the market, we try to cross town…unsuccessfully. The combination of the Scotia marathon and occupy toronto make it too challenging…
