A busy morning – Eroline’s to pick up water and wine – NYE dinner reservations made – and then to Myer’s bridge for the local farmer’s market. Wow! Giant spinach leaves, christophine, yam, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, papayas and beautiful leaf lettuce.
Returning to the villa, the day shifts from rain to sun repeatedly. A perfect day for cooking – a vegetable curry simmers away and more hummus is made.
Grateful today for
the wonderful veggies from the farmers,
the cosmic carla and our shared veggie excitement,
and for the safe arrival of S+J.
