This morning the kitchen is busy.
Breakfast made, stock put away and soup back on…
eggs boiling for egg salad and granola in the oven.
A walk in the neighbourhood after breakfast,
so glad to see this garden at the school,
and to run into Sarah – deep, warm hugs on wellington.
Grateful today for
food made at home – a true luxury,
walking hand in hand with my mate,
and a weekend at home.
Test done! Now onto the next course – Anatomy + Physiology…and tests every thursday for the next month… On the way home from class, I stop in to visit with the cosmic pair… a lovely visit as always. Back home, we go into a marathon condo board meeting – 4.5…
The cold weather continues… Have noticed new birds outside the window – starlings, a cardinal and today’s pigeon. Glad we have been putting seeds outside for them… A 90-minute hot yoga class helps to warm me up enough to venture outdoors. The walk to the market for needed grains, spices…
A lovely weekend, and more signs of spring are refreshing and uplifting. A bunch of tasks done while while making Yook Gae Jang in the afternoon, the sunshine is so welcome and delightful. Grateful today for lifted winter blahs, renewed energy and a productive day.
