3am start…off with Pablo to Santa Maria Atzompa.
Arrived at a staggering beautiful candlelit cemetary.
Wandering about with Uncle Stu…mezcal and cervaza fuel us through.
Breakfast at 9 and off to bed.
Ready at 3pm for the monster bash in Soledad, Etla Valley.
And what a bash it was!
A walk to dinner with Jim and Stu takes us past the sand sculptures,
and finally to our destination – Tr3s Bistro…
Delightfully ending an incredible day.
Grateful today for
the wonderful group of photographers I am traveling with,
amazing places and people in Oaxaca,
and for being here for the day of the dead celebrations…
ps. seems day of the dead continues for days…Oh BOY!
