Felt inspired today by yesterday’s session with AD,
sat down to write the case studies…
and struggled.
Typed out words, erased words, retyped…and so on…
After a few hours like this,
finally got one done and another started.
Grateful today for
a few hours away from the books for an acupuncture session,
breaking through my block,
and for my mate’s late night safe return home.
Back at the books today – 16 chapters to read… Fascinating new text on nutrition for the brain, and metal illness. With each class, “you are what you eat” expands in meaning and depth. Grateful today for studying topics that are interesting and current, the passionate authors that have written…
Quiz to start the day, Lots of data input during class… and then in the 3 hour practicum. By the time the day is over, my brain feels full. Grateful today for the personal experience with Crohn’s shared in the practicum, an evening of downtime to let my brain rest.
Sad to see G+B leave this morning, always so nice to have them here… Big hugs and kisses until we see them next. In the office before noon, continuing with digital media content research… At the end of the day, I return home for a brief stop before heading out…
