Rosy, our favourite nurse…
R+B, the Flufflys were with us for the last 2 weeks.
So wonderful to be together.
In those two weeks,
we supported one another,
had wonderful meals in and out…
And we laughed… at times uncontrollably.
Rosy, always bringing humour and smiles.
And then there was that spontaneous dance party!
Grateful today for
the support, knowledge and humour she shared,
having the shared time together,
and for knowing that we always have each other’s backs.
In my catching up period – this one has been a long one – I have only this photo as a reminder…unfortunately the photo triggers no other memory. Grateful today for confidence – that while the day may not be remembered – that it was a good day.
A morning ride on the red rocket with my mate… off to pick up our new wheels – Vero is a beauty. Breakfast with Jimmy + Mike – entertaining and fun, as they always are – serving a breakfast that is the only meal we need today… Friday ends on…
A quiet day…a little too quiet and lonely after the weekend. Puttering about, cleaning, cooking, paying bills… and my mate returns home early, yay! The phone rings, Genius G and Sparkle are back! Grateful today for life’s sparkles.
