A leisurely day at the villa…
Breakfast out at the Mango Tree,
Grocery shopping and a stop at Zaka’s for coffee.
Always interesting to hang at Zaka’s,
and always awesome to hang at the villa.
So good to have a day of rest.
Grateful today for
the places here we love to frequent for meals,
Zaka’s Art Cafe – feels like a home away from home,
and for a day to enjoy our villa home together.
A beautiful sunrise over the pond this morning… the grasses are frosty and my sneakers get a little wet. By afternoon, the sun has dried my sneakers. My day is a harmony of photography, nature, and technology – with notes from the baltimore orioles, blue jays and red winged blackbirds….
After breakfast, we set out for the farmer’s co-op at Meyer’s Bridge. Always an experience. Today’s was a delight talking with “babylon” about food and cooking. Then to Soufriere to pick up a few items and back home. A lunch of leftovers before heading back through Soufriere for a swim….
Finishing classes and case studies was a stressful experience. Realizing today that my stress manifested in a nagging shoulder pain. Consistent pain for over a week is relieved by Brendon today. Loving my acupuncture sessions, so happy for the shoulder relief. When I arrive home, our outdoor deck flooring is…
