A new week begins…
Beautiful morning light in our bedroom,
accompanied by the sound of birds chirping outside.
A fresh juice starts the day, gentle morning yoga stretches get us ready to move.
Not feeling the work vibe this morning,
The day is spent outdoors – a lovely walk in the back 40 and 9 holes of golf.
Grateful today for
sunlight and warmth today,
time outdoors – every moment energizes and grounds,
and for being able to take the day off.
Morning walk down to the Sulphur Springs – a beautiful walk in the hills and great exercise. After our walk, a trip into town for some supplies and off to Sugar Beach after lunch. Lovely to see our fish friends again and to watch the wedding happening on the beach….
Arrived this afternoon at the cabin in Caledon. After months of transition, and a week in Vegas, it feels good to settle in. Groceries put away, devices all connected and ready for the next conference call… Doesn’t take too long for us to make a space feel lived in. Grateful…
Up early and into our market morning routine… Switched up only slightly with our breakfast choice. Outside tasks done – inside chores left. A delightful afternoon tech / social time with exuberance… as brownies are baked and soup is made for tonight’s dinner party. Dinner for 3 couples – each…
