A new week begins…
Beautiful morning light in our bedroom,
accompanied by the sound of birds chirping outside.
A fresh juice starts the day, gentle morning yoga stretches get us ready to move.
Not feeling the work vibe this morning,
The day is spent outdoors – a lovely walk in the back 40 and 9 holes of golf.
Grateful today for
sunlight and warmth today,
time outdoors – every moment energizes and grounds,
and for being able to take the day off.
Content – strategies around and creation of… Prominent thoughts in my mind these days. So much interesting reading material and different viewpoints. Tonight’s meeting with the Chix, moving our project forward – planning next meetings and content discussions. A good meeting – information shared and next steps planned. Grateful today…
A date this afternoon with Uncle Stu and Linda – recently returned from the Capturing Cuba photography workshop. Turning on GavRadio, I can’t believe he’s playing Cuban music!? How does he do that?! The afternoon is a lovely one – conversation about Cuba and photography over food and drink… leisurely…
A perfect summer day… This morning’s puttering about results in a tidy home, ready for my mate’s return. 🙂 A call from exuberance suggesting lunch is perfectly timed. Cold K-noodles are only a cycle away…and with exuberance! Later in the afternoon, my mate returns from Chicago. Always delighted to see…
