A new week begins…
Beautiful morning light in our bedroom,
accompanied by the sound of birds chirping outside.
A fresh juice starts the day, gentle morning yoga stretches get us ready to move.
Not feeling the work vibe this morning,
The day is spent outdoors – a lovely walk in the back 40 and 9 holes of golf.
Grateful today for
sunlight and warmth today,
time outdoors – every moment energizes and grounds,
and for being able to take the day off.
Back at it with Maylee today. Up and down on the sofa, on the floor and working it. Feels good to get the body kickstarted into workout mode. A new book to read, ‘The Year of Magical Thinking’, and some study time on camera controls and settings. A meeting on…
After breakfast, my mate and I assemble our new BBQ – a gift from Stu. The installation is very smoothly and efficiently done, yay! Then to taking care of Wellington. Things being put away, and cleaned up takes most of the day. A delicious BBQ dinner made by my mate……
