Early morning Moksha and tasks done…
coffee and lunch with the cosmics start the week perfectly.
Walking home takes me through Grange Park, Chinatown and Queen West.
Loved being in the old neighbourhood,
and experiencing it in a nostalgic way.

a beautiful day for a summer walk in the city,
and for the memories of life at Huron.

In nostalgic moments, reflections are of long past experiences. Daily reflections are closer in time, a day, a week, a month… The ‘same’ experience reflected on at different times, can open understanding, and / or make it quite confuzzling. The reflection on a mirror on the street would stand out…
