Made it to the hotel gym this morning.
Thought of our morning walks down the Sulphur Road in St Lucia – inspired me to pump up the incline. Felt very good to sweat.
The afternoon is quiet. A few shows watched on Netflix and Hulu. A few pictures taken out the window. Signed up at Livestrong – to work on eliminating the nasty sticks I am so hooked on from my life… Time to fight the battle and win.
Grateful today for
a good cardio workout,
a good day of eating mostly good food,
and for my mate who supports me in so much…
