At the end of a very full and busy day,
we return home wondering what we will have for dinner.
Leftover brown/wild rice mix, home made kimchi (from my sister-in-law) and veggies make a perfect Kimchi Fried Rice.
My mate makes dinner with no oil.
Since watching Dr Fuhrman’s video – he is all about micronutrients and no empty fat calories.
The resulting Kimchi Fried Rice is delicious!
Grateful today for
having ingredients at home and ready to cook,
