Christmas morning blessings…
Rain through the night – awoke to a rainbow over the piton,
Our meals today at The Mango Tree.
Between meals,
crosswords and calendar making,
with a visit from Thomas and friend.
Grateful today for
a lazy rainy day,
the sounds of rain, wind and treefrogs,
and for Christmas in St Lucia with my MAO…
Thinking of all our family and friends – wishing all a joyful Christmas.
A busy day, productive and full. In the evening, we are off to Roy Thomson Hall for the Unique Life and Experience of Irshad Manji. A muslim reformer with moral courage, it is an incredible experience to be there and hear her speak. Grateful today for the morning message left…
Somewhere between my morning shower and going to work, my mood got gnarly… Wanting to stay grumpy was impossible with the little moments and interactions that brought out a laugh or smile. Still the gnarliness didn’t completely go away. An afternoon stop at Special K – onions and strawberries growing…
A spontaneous luncheon with Bliss’n and Exuberance. Delicious poached salmon salad – made by Bliss’n…Yum! Weather forecasters warn of hail and more storms coming through Toronto… Thankfully, it did not happen. A committee meeting in the evening and a relaxed night with my mate. Grateful today for Bliss’n and Exuberance…
