One more class completed today.
So much has been learned. While the text for the class was quite depressing,
I am glad to know.
After class, a trip to the farmer’s market,
and a stop in at the West End Food Co-op.
With my Valentine we went to visit with the cosmics.
A wonderful dinner together, much conversation and sharing.
Always so good to see them.
Grateful today for
another class completed,
food options beyond the standard ones,
and for a day that celebrates love.
First day online of TEDGlobal 2011 – The Stuff of Life. Three incredible sessions – Beginnings, Everyday Rebellions and Coded Patterns. A beautiful end to the day, sailing during the sunset and moon rise. Grateful today for the talks today that shifted my perspective, inspired and moved me.
Blue skies and a brilliantly shining sun! A break from the uniform of gray and black. Grateful today for the shops on Church providing the best in meat and cheese, strangers that pass by with a smile, and a beautiful winter day in the city.
