Heavy rains and thunder all morning. Slept in hours beyond our usual waking time. A quiet Saturday, scrabbling’ and hanging out with my mate. Grateful today for a relaxed and relaxing Saturday.
The cold weather continues… Have noticed new birds outside the window – starlings, a cardinal and today’s pigeon. Glad we have been putting seeds outside for them… A 90-minute hot yoga class helps to warm me up enough to venture outdoors. The walk to the market for needed grains, spices…
