The day starts with a walk down the mountain towards the sulphur and mud baths…
then down the road to the main street and back.
The exercise feels great!
Boys dive in the afternoon, girls lounge in the beach bar.
A beer in Soufriere and then home for sunset.
Our delicious dinner of cabbage rolls was made together and enjoyed together.
Scrabble after dinner, and watching the night sky.
An incredible shooting star flies past and is seen by all. Wow.
Grateful today for
the year that passed – thank you 2013 for all the lessons, learning and experiences,
starting the year with exercise on the hills,
and 2014 to embrace.
