Grateful today for
all the different perspectives on nutrition,
the practicums that help to integrate what we learn,
and for sleep – time for my brain to rest.

Completed some long neglected paperwork this morning – part of my current organizing streak, and then lunch with PJ. Great to sit on a College Street patio, watching the street and enjoying a great lunch. More chores done in the afternoon – always feels good to get things done. Cooler…
