After a day at school discussing Candida, parasites and enzymes,
I find myself in old stomping grounds from a few lifetimes ago.
Walking up to a cafe that was one of my first jobs,
it is now the second floor of a retail Chanel store.
Much has changed and still much remains.
A visit with my favorite personal shopper is fun and quite informative.
Then home just before the rain starts to pour.
Grateful today for
a lively class with lots of discussion and comments,
memories of times past,
and for a cosy dry and warm evening with my mate sipping tea.
