Made food for the freezer – lentil soup and curried red lentils.
Sat in the window in the sun and felt very very sleepy…
All arrive home and we go out to uncle Stu’s to watch the Leafs…
Sleepiness sets in…

Loving having the cosmics back in town. Conversations with the cosmic one are truly the best. The conversations always feel balanced, honest and I always leave feeling heard. So good to start the day with a cosmic conversation. An evening date with my goat herding friend further brightens the day….
So far, all good. Grateful today for TED, Steven Addis, his daughter Sabina… for Kenny, and a calmer tiger within me.
