After breakfast, we head out along the boardwalk.
Weather is overcast and rainy,
making it perfect for a visit to the Marine Museum.
By the time we are out,
the sun is shining and the day is a beautiful one for a patio lunch.
A Cycle tour around the city, and a lovely dinner…a full day!
Grateful today for
the museum visit and cycle tour – such an interesting history,
Opentable – restaurants have been perfect,
and for lots of laughs and fun with my travel mates.
10 days have gone by – catching up today on my posts. Photo today is from a movie we watched tonight – Tron. Watching this scene, I felt a tie to our recent diet changes…a fight scene turns into us taking control of our health – battling all the mis-information…
Last night in Havana. My bag is lighter, notebooks, pens, crayons, rubber gloves, bandaids and toiletries all given away. My heart is full of love. I am grateful today for the friends I travelled with, for the invaluable learning from Juris and for Havana.
An early start this morning, walking at sunrise in the Havana neighbourhoods. An incredible place, unlike any other I have every experienced. In the afternoon, we go to a Cuban Social club for lunch and are surprised with a visit to a practicing band, a few of the 35,000 talented…
