Full day of studies today.
Staying focused is not as easy as I initially thought.
Easily distracted by anything!
Eventually, distractions are put aside – including the daily walk in the neighbourhood by our local police horse.
Grateful today for
not being too distracted by all the possible distractions,
and for new ways of remembering class material.

Picked up food and drink for the weekend and set out for La Vignette. On the 401 at 11, ready for a road trip and a weekend with PVS at his cottage. After 2 hours of not getting very far, we change our plan and return home. Sad to not…
Watched the last episode of the current K-drama, Heirs this morning. Glad that’s done now! The show may have influenced the luncheon choice – K-food with Exuberance. A great lunch, walk and stop in the park together. In the evening, we are out with friends for Ethiopian food and music….
